JOB SUMMARY
- The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic adviser to attract and recruit qualified and culturally fit candidates, supports the business needs of organization by executing people strategies associated with talent acquisition and retention. The recruiter maintains strong relationships with their internal client providing consultative support and expertise. The recruiter is responsible for exhibiting service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. The TA Partner is responsible for attracting candidates through creative job postings, assessing & screening applicants, coordinating interviews and handling offers. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 1 years Demonstrated success in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a healthcare setting. (Required)
- 1 year Experience using recruitment technologies such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & social media. (Preferred)
- 1 year Experience providing high levels of customer service (Required)
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: RACR, PHR, SHRM-CP
