Expectations of a Digital Campaign Specialist

  • Conduct audience research to tailor content for each social media platform effectively.
  • Strategize campaigns that seamlessly integrate across social media, email, and other relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create social media content on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.)
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and foster community engagement.
  • Work closely with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand assets that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
  • Communicating with clients on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with other marketers for supporting strategies (search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement email campaign types to include personalized nurture sequences, triggered automations, and targeted drip campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies within campaigns to optimize landing pages, email content, and social media posts for improved conversion rates and ROI.
  • Incorporate short-form video content as a central component of social media strategies, leveraging platforms like Reels and Stories for increased audience engagement.
  • Take ownership of long-term projects and initiatives aimed at agency growth, process improvement, and innovation in digital marketing practices.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics across all channels, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and drive ROI.
  • Provide detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement on a regular basis.
  • Conduct A/B tests on various elements of campaigns, such as ad copy, visuals, email subject lines, and call-to-action buttons, to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
  • Encourage and curate user-generated content as part of campaigns to foster community engagement, authenticity, and brand advocacy.
  • Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to maximize reach and conversions
  • Respond to reviews on local listings and social media to protect brand reputation.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Experienced in content writing on social media platforms and/or email.
  • Proficient in managing all major social media channels
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign elements and planning.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4
  • Bonus points: Fluency in using and managing WordPress, social media advertising, Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot, graphic design experience, or proficiency in marketing automation software

Remote Work

We currently operate in a hybrid work schedule, coming physically into the office two days per week and working completely remotely three days per week. We’re looking for someone in or around Gainesville, FL who has the flexibility to come in for client meetings and team activities.
