We are seeking a full-time Workers Compensation Referral Coordinator with a strong understanding of workers compensation processes, authorization requirements, and referral management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable representing the organization at industry events and conventions.

You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Coordinate and manage workers compensation referrals from intake through authorization
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of workers compensation guidelines, payer requirements, and authorization processes
- Communicate effectively with adjusters, case managers, employers, attorneys, and internal teams
- Pull, review, and analyze reports related to referrals, authorizations, and outcomes
- Track referral performance, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in internal systems
- Attend and travel to workers compensation conventions, conferences, and networking events as needed
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the workers compensation community
- Assist leadership with data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Strong understanding of workers compensation systems, referrals, and authorization requirements
- Prior experience in workers compensation, medical referrals, case management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to pull reports, analyze data, and present findings clearly
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable traveling for industry events and representing the company professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant referral management systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
