Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Piedmont Macon Medical Center. This is a night shift position that offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and provide general respiratory care procedures and protocols.
• Administer critical care procedures in adult care areas.
• Analyze blood gas samples and maintain and manage all equipment.
• Provide patient education on respiratory care and disease management.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences from an accredited institution.
• Previous working experience in respiratory care or completion of department-specific orientation with skills validation of competencies.
• Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
