Our light vehicle repair division employs the largest group of Ford certified Power Stroke technicians in the Triad, specializing in Power Stroke engines. Additionally, we are authorized to perform Ford Warranty on certain RV chassis and have a complete machine shop and certified technicians for component rebuilds. Our parts department stocks a wide range of parts, and our Body and Paint Center provides state-of-the-art paint jobs for commercial vehicles.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Admin Coordinator, located on-site in Greensboro, NC. The Sales Admin Coordinator will manage various administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as scheduling deliveries, reporting units sold/recall resolution, compiling sales data history, communicating with end users' production scheduling, and follow up after sales ensuring customer awareness of additional services. The daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, assisting with sales presentations, and managing customer interactions to maintain a high level of service.
