What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo/Food Runner position at Pier 220 Seafood & Grill?
Must be able to work in a high speed environment. Need to be able to multi-task. Job includes reading a kitchen ticket, ensuring the quality of food and plate presentation, put correct sides and sauces for each dish, carry a fully loaded tray, and take to the correct table number. Job includes food prep and cleaning of the station.
