Pier & Waterfront Solutions has the answer to all waterfront needs. We service personal properties, private establishments, and local municipalities. We provide sales, service and repairs for piers and boat lifts along with waterfront restoration and redesign. We need you to help our growing team meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
We are looking for a full time Service Manager who is self-motivated, has impeccable attention to detail, with good communication skills. Our customers are our #1 priority so good customer service is a must! You are our customers main point of contact therefor it's important to create lasting relationships and have a good working knowledge of each property we service. You will be managing multiple service crews on a daily basis so good organization is imperative.
Your daily tasks include:
- Responding to emails quickly and professionally
- Taking phone calls and communicating with customers
- Generating work orders based off customer needs
- Managing and delegating tasks for multiple service crews
and to a lesser extent:
- Doing simple math for billing purposes
- Selling product and answering customer questions about products
