What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Associate position at Pinelake Church?
SUMMARY
Provide a welcoming, clean, and distraction free environment for people to meet and hear God at Pinelake Church. This is done through maintaining the facilities and grounds of the campus to a high level of excellence. The Facility Associate will ensure the work is done to the standards of Pinelake and in accordance with Pinelake's policies as well as the direction of the Pinelake leadership.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
- Basic personal responsibilities:
- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.
- Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
- Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
- Maintain active participation in community.
- Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proper setup of rooms as directed by the Regional Facility Manager or as described on Pinelake's calendar system.
- Surface prep and application of paint.
- Completing routine maintenance service requests as assigned, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing doors and locks, ceiling tiles, and etc.
- Moving furniture and equipment.
- Identify and repair plumbing leaks, including openings clogged lines/drains, replacing washers and other minor parts, etc.
- Repair walls and woodwork.
- Pressure-wash walkways and buildings.
- Complete make-ready process for events.
- Grounds work as assigned, including trash/debris removal, sweeping/blowing parking lots, walkways, mowing, and etc.
- Adherence to Pinelake's policies and procedures.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of all assigned equipment used for maintenance and/or housekeeping to ensure proper operation, safety of the operator, and participants, accountability, and security of the equipment.
- As a team member, cooperate with other staff members and follow the leadership of the Senior Associate Pastor, Director of Operations, and Director of Facilities, and the Regional Facility Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Three to five years of related experience and/or training is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
