Case Manager: Full time union position available for case management, primarily youth and family. Responsibilities include assessing and planning for service needs, case coordination, linking the youth/family to necessary resources, and monitoring the receipt of necessary services and outcomes. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field, which may also include Education or Criminal Justice. An associate’s degree in Nursing is also qualified to apply. The candidate should have experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, including Autism. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with persons with a mental health condition. The wage is based on experience and ranges from $46,550 to $65,520 annually.
