Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project management, vendors, and internal staff to ensure that customers' expectations are met with the highest level of quality and customer service.
- Mentor, train, hire, coach, and develop staff to ensure professional growth.
- Determine essential priorities of customer projects and requests.
- Maintain contact with current customers to ensure Piney Technical Services has exceeded customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with potential customers introducing products and services offered by our company.
- Grow relationships with current customers by introducing new products and services offered by our company.
- Attend trade shows and observe the markets for any new products being offered from foreign or domestic suppliers.
- Develop proposals for customer projects to include pricing, labor, materials, and equipment needs.
- Work with the legal department on any contract negotiations with external customers to ensure timely execution.
- Out-of-town travel is required to address supplier and customer issues as well as develop new customer relationships.
