Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate audits and tax returns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
