About the Role:
As a Fleet Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our company's fleet. Your main objective will be to ensure that all vehicles are operating in compliance with regulations and company policies. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet, which is essential to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet of 400 hazmat and non-hazmat vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to DOT requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for repair shops, service providers, and operational managers.
- Monitor the utilization, performance, and fuel consumption of company assets.
- Work with operational leaders to monitor maintenance spend and preventative actions.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and operated in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Experience with fleet management software
- Experience with GPS tracking systems

- Pinnacle Propane, LLC - Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Travel and Hours:
- This position is full-time, standard operating hours
- Travel between 0 – 10%
