Piper Health & Sciences is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a leading biotechnology company in Raleigh-Durham, NC area.
The position is a contract role through end of January 2025.
Responsibilities for the Data Entry Specialist include :
- Analyze, enter and transfer all data from paper-based records into electronic files for various systems
- Performing patient renewals and insurance verifications
- Checking medical record data for accuracy and completeness as well as verifying data sources
- Organize and maintain all data in Excel spreadsheets
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist include :
- 1 years of experience with data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
Compensation for the Data Entry Specialist includes :
- Salary : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision (through Cigna)
