Senior Project Manager & Seller/Doer

New opportunity with a national energy‑sector client expanding its engineering and project delivery team. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager & Seller/Doer to drive growth across their energy practice and lead project execution for solar, storage, and transmission projects.

This hybrid/remote‑eligible role combines business development, client relationship management, and hands‑on technical project leadership for large‑scale energy projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead business development efforts, expand existing accounts, and secure new energy‑sector clients
• Manage and deliver complex engineering projects across solar PV, BESS, and transmission
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, technical presentations, and support marketing initiatives
• Build, mentor, and guide project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets
• Collaborate with teams across multiple offices to assemble and manage project resources
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify ongoing work opportunities
• Ensure safety compliance and support internal quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
• 10 years in energy‑sector engineering, permitting, project management, or business development
• Proven ability to win work and maintain client relationships within the energy market
• Strong knowledge of permitting, engineering design, and construction processes
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
