Dough Room Requirements:
- 18 years of age

Dough Room Responsibilities:
Individual:
- Hands-on food preparation
- Prepare dough from scratch
- Strong aptitude for following recipes
- Package dough for delivery
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixer
- Maintains established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation as set by the local and state health department; maintains an orderly, sanitary and safe dough room
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to safely operate all dough room equipment
- Responsible for receiving and storing food and supplies in a safe and approved manner
- Strong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste is required
Other
- Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value
- Complete all assigned cleaning and prep-work
- Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work in a sitting position, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
