Salary and Benefits

- Additionally, you will receive a $650 retention bonus once you assume the role of a General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
As a General Manager in Training, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
- Coordinating with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and activities.
- Verifying compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of five years' experience in restaurant operations, with one year of general management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
