Project Manager

PlatinumBlack is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to motivate cross-functional teams, and a strong emphasis on collaborative communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex brand and marketing projects in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with brand management.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and manage tasks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and integrated marketing team members.
• Facilitate proactive communication and collaboration among team members.
• Help reinforce understanding and adherence to new processes and practices the agency is deploying.
• Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address project issues and challenges, minimizing disruptions.
• Provide solutions to problems that arise during the project.
• Generate regular project status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience working within a marketing or creative agency
• 3 years of project management experience or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Monday, Workfront). Experience with Workamajig, Teams, and Ziflow is a plus
