• • Perform setup, run execution, and shutdown procedures in compliance to expansion process instructions and manufacturing systems requirements.
  • Verify processes are within the compliance of the "CI" procedural parameters and accepted manufacturing tolerances and specifications.
  • Work closely with maintenance team to communicate equipment issues that impact process control and quality standards, assist as required.
  • Participate in machine changeovers to ensure machine set-ups are in place to provide optimal start-up of new production and meet quality specifications.
  • Complete daily production reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory.
  • Read detailed blueprints.
  • Use hand tools or machines to complete projects.
  • Willingness to work in all areas of department as assigned.
  • Responsible for quality control

Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 3 years' experience within a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
  • Experience within a plastics manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Machine set-up and troubleshooting experience highly preferred.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to utilize torque wrenches and various other hand tools while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to calculate basic math problems including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, using fractions and decimals and an understanding of weight and measurement.
  • Knowledge of general manufacturing principles of mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write and comprehend English.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
• Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure.

Attendance Requirement:

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined in the company’s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Working Conditions:

May be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear. Physical demands include frequent lifting and/or carrying 10 – 100 lbs. and pushing or pulling 50 – 100 lbs.

Position Location:

Position is onsite Monday through Friday (2:45pm - 11:15pm) and not remote eligible.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
