We are seeking reliable candidates who will work with our maintenance and install departments to assure they are prepared for their day. This includes loading and unloading trailers, loading materials and plants, and basic shop and yard maintenance. It can also include delivering materials to job sites, driving trucks and/or trailers, and receiving plant deliveries. Pleasant View Gardens offers a casual, open door and team-oriented culture. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unloading of trucks and trailers at end of day
- Tool inventory in trucks and trailers
- Loading and tracking of materials and plants in trailers for following day’s work
- Assisting with property management including watering, lawn care, light carpentry and plumbing, and basic maintenance of facilities
- Taking and executing direction from the lead supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
- Following direction
- Attention to detail
- Completion of other tasks and jobs as assigned.
Required Functions, Skills, & Abilities:
- Taking and executing direction from management in a timely and efficient manner, following direction, attention to detail, and completion of all other tasks and jobs as assigned
- Strong knowledge of tablets and smartphones, including Google Suite
- Ability to be a team player and work independently
- Great attitude, receptive and respectful
