Target Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 with OT and Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks regularly and obtain properly authenticated records as needed.
• Consistently and accurately identify and prepare all documents for production, including Bates labeling and redacting for privileged and confidential information.
• Effectively assists in preparation for trial, including managing exhibits and all evidentiary matters, witness lists, files, and subpoenas; coordinates and attends witness prep meetings; assists at trial.
• Summarize medical records, bills, supporting documents, and create medical chronologies and summaries.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment.
• Works closely with a retained expert witness to include a review of qualifications, selection, and retention and serves as a general liaison between our firm and retained experts.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of vendor invoices; timely submit invoices to Accounting for processing.
