PLOW is an elevated New American cuisine restaurant located not in Chicago, not in Milwaukee, not in Madison, but in the charming village of Cambridge, 16 miles southeast of Madison. The restaurant is in a former feed mill from the 1800s and is located in the heart of the village's downtown district. People from Rockford, Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison drive to Cambridge for dinner. That's how good it is.
PLOW features a full bar with craft cocktails, and indoor and patio seating as well.
The food is incredible. Much is locally sourced. Menu items include vegetarian lasagna, New York Strip, fish fry, flatbread pizza, smoked prime rib, and a lot more.

- Our cooks will assist the executive chef in preparing our amazing entrees. If you've done this type of role before, the normal responsibilities apply. You'll be learning from a chef who has unbelievable talent!
- Hours are 3-9 pm, and you can choose your schedule.
