Your Mission:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be a pivotal part of our success story by enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efficient assistance will guide both walk-in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring the products they need.
Daily Opportunities Include:

- Take orders at the counter and enter them accurately into the system.
- Swiftly solve customer issues or engage the right team member to resolve them.
- Retrieve orders from our warehouse with precision and speed.
- Attend product training meetings to stay in the know.
- Contribute to after-hours scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Dive into company-sponsored sales promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments for swift resolution of customer service matters.
