- New Student Loan Benefit - This is a new program for existing and new CNAs with a student loan balance. Plymouth Place will directly pay quarterly to offset student loan balances. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $1200 and Part-time employees are eligible for up to $600.
- Scholarship Program - Employees who are employed with Plymouth Place for six months are eligible to apply to our Scholarship Program to further their education and career. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $2500 and Part-time employees are eligible for up to $1000.
Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Successful completion of a State approved CNA course and CNA competency testing.
- Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
- Minimum of one-year CNA experience desired.
- Possess required certifications including Basic Life Support and Active CNA Certificate.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be able to add and subtract, read a thermometer, and use a balance or digital scale. Must be able to read a graduated cylinder.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Must be able to meet required physical requirements of the job.
