  • CNA Program - Interested in becoming a CNA, Plymouth Place is offering to pay for your training. Full-time and Part-time employees are eligible to take advantage of this great opportunity to advance their career. Plymouth Place will pay up to $1100 to the school of your choice. You must be willing to make a one-year commitment to Plymouth Place after completion of the CNA program. 
  • Scholarship Program - Employees who have been employed with Plymouth Place for six months are eligible to apply to our Scholarship Program to further their education. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $2500 and Part-time employees are eligible for up to $1000. 

Qualifications   

• High School Diploma required.  
• Required of two years work experience in a Resident Assistant role. 
• 2 years minimum in Assisted Living and or Memory Care Assisted Living.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.  
• Excellent customer service skills.  
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills with ability to work well within a team environment.   
• Proficient using MS Office Suite.

• Assists in the hiring and managing (teaches, evaluates and improves) resident assistants, building ‘team’ and developing leaders at all levels.
• Brings resources to staff, Residents and families in the gracious acceptance of aging, physical changes, and cognitive challenges. 
• Works with Residents, staff, and families in the development of service plans designed to enhance quality of life at the least restrictive level of successful living; schedules service plan revisits at least every six months and as needed to maintain maximum success.. Maintains RA task lists to be current with service plans.
• Works with staff at all levels in all departments in the seamless delivery of services. Collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution are essential skills. 
• Represents Plymouth Place and Assisted Living services as needed in cooperation with the marketing staff. 
• Assists Program Manager to facilitate a smooth transition for residents to or from Assisted Living or Greg’s Place.
