What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front desk position at PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc.?
Courtyard Midway/Addison is seeking an experienced night auditor to join our team. Ideal candidates are ambitious, hardworking professionals with experience in hospitality. The night auditor is responsible for performing all end-of-day accounting functions as well as communicating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
This role works autonomously and performs basic functions alone, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling credit card batches and addressing any problems or concerns without supervision. This position is exclusively overnight.
Exceptional Hospitality requires the following:
Neat, professional appearance
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
Friendly, helpful attitude toward guests and other staff members
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of what local attractions, restaurants and transportation services
