As a Night Auditor Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
*Duties*
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
*Experience*
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform night audit duties is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
