Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain client records and office files.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and facilitating communication within the team.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail is essential.
- Experience with dental reception or similar clerical roles will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace applications is desirable for effective communication and scheduling.
