The Practice Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and growing a multi-specialty clinic that provides collaborative, results-based care. The PM is charged with motivating and leading staff to embody this collaborative, patient-centered vision.
The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and the financial and administrative oversight of the department, which includes Medical and Interventional Specialties as well as storage and administrative space used in clinical research. The Practice Manager is responsible for participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of all clinical and administrative operations to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. The Practice Manager will work closely with administrators and/or practice managers throughout the enterprise to ensure that department practice standards and needs are met.
The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring that provider schedules are full, and that support staff keep schedules on time. The department’s overall production and economic wherewithal will be the PM’s responsibility. The PM will work closely with the President, and Company Advisors to monitor Company KPI’s and benchmarks to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets/ goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in medical administrative support, preferably in a dental clinic, hospital, or acute care setting.
-Medical Assistant preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
