Job Summary:
Join our team to play a pivotal role in mitigating risk within the bank by executing the Technology Risk Management program. As a key player in supporting Technology risk from an LOB perspective, you will lead the design and development of technology controls, collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to risk management programs, and provide expertise on Technology risk across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Technology Risk Management program, identifying enhancement opportunities and ensuring Technology and Line of Business compliance.
- Support the execution of Technology risk management programs to meet business and regulatory expectations, including designing technology controls.
- Implement technology risk management programs within Technology and Lines of Business, conducting risk assessments and updates as needed.
- Provide Technology risk expertise to Technology teams, subsidiaries, Lines of Businesses, and other risk partners.
- Lead or influence technology risk initiatives, assess impacts, make recommendations for resolution, and report risks appropriately.
Skills:
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining operational/technology risk programs.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint; familiarity with Archer GRC and ServiceNow.
- Development and management of internal risks and controls within Financial institutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Visio is a plus.
- Analytical background with data proficiencies; experience with KY3P is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; ISACA certifications are a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in technology risk within Financial institutions.
