Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Poly & Bark, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll guide customers through their shopping journey, from product inquiries to order support, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during operating hours.
- Provide detailed information on products, shipping, returns, and our 100-day risk-free trial policy.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance our service quality.
Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with flexibility for weekend shifts.
