TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Â Â Previous hotel experience; 5-Diamond experience preferred. Valid Driverâs License required. Â
JOB KNOWLEDGE:Â Working knowledge of common courtesy rules. Previous hotel/resort background preferred.
JOB SUMMARY: Â Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service, escorting guests checking in and out, and providing service and other guests needs as requested. Â Insuring the guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Â Â Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, assisting guests; and be able to remove luggage from vehicles and carry 50 pounds upstairs to guestâs rooms.
