Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vacation Rental Inspector located in Phoenix, AZ. The Vacation Rental Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of vacation rental properties, ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards. Daily tasks will include checking cleanliness, verifying the condition of furnishings and amenities, identifying any maintenance or repair needs, and ensuring that all properties comply with safety regulations. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with property owners and maintenance teams, documenting inspection findings, and providing recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures
- Effective communication skills for interacting with property owners and maintenance teams
- Organizational and time-management skills for conducting and documenting inspections
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
