Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced COMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community, Westmount at River Park in Fort Worth, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 2-4 years in management experience in property management or business
- Proven ability to manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through control and planning
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with financials, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
- Excellent marketing skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
