Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be helpful, customer-oriented, personable and able to work well in a team
