We are seeking an outgoing and professional Host/Hostest to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
- Manage seating arrangements and server order efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Answer phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
