JOB OBJECTIVE:
To provide an excellent guest experience by assisting in the service of all In-Room Dining orders for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Responsibilities include maintaining the IRD station and ensuring all items are stocked, communicating with Management about order needs, delivering food to rooms and public areas around the resort, collecting plates/dishware and garbage once guests are finished enjoying their food, maintaining the golf carts and Lexus vehicles, and any/all other duties deemed necessary by the Manager on Duty to ensure a high-quality, seamless, and exceptional experience for all guests.
EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Must be 21 years of age for driving insurance purposes
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a similar boutique hotel preferred
- Valid Food Handling certification
- Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions on a regular basis such as grasping, writing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on varying ground levels with stairs on a regular basis
- Ability to lift 20 pounds or more on a consistent basis and to bend, stoop, stretch, climb and squat frequently to fulfill a range of manual tasks
This position is Seasonal / Part Time
Pay range for the In Room Dining Attendant position is $16.00 - $16.50 per hour plus tips
