What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Technician position at POST ROAD MANAGEMENT LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all essential repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
- Utilize good time management, understand the scope of the project, and complete the project in a timely manner.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
- Safely operate personal hand tools and company equipment. (Personal hand tools not provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Apartments remodeling
- Plumbing (basic knowledge)
- Electrical (basic knowledge)
- Carpentry
- Painting (need at least 3-5 years of experience)
- Drywall (need atleast 3-5 years of experience)
- Woodwork
