Maintenance/HVAC Technician – CVI – Independent Living at Hartsfield Village (Community Healthcare System)
SCHEDULE:
Full-Time - 5 days per week, Monday – Friday · 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Rotating On-Call

Areas of Responsibility:
Seeking individual to perform routine HVAC maintenance on Trane R. T. U. Units, Fan Coils, boilers and chillers. Basic electrical and plumbing experience helpful. Ability to read electrical schematics a plus.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 recent years of HVAC experience required
- EAP Refrigeration Certification Required
- Knowledge on Trane R.T.U. Units, Fan Coil Maintenance
- Knowledge on closed loop boiler and chiller systems
- Knowledge on Variable drive pumps maintenance
- Knowledge of removal and installation of equipment a plus
- Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen equipment a plus
- Basic electronic change order knowledge a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and have great people skills
