What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Powertex Group?
The Account Manager role will be responsible for the day to day management of our key accounts. Working directly with our Client Services Team, this role focuses on meeting the needs of customers across all departments within Powertex.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand clients’ promotional objectives, target audience, budget, and deadlines to offer tailored merchandise solutions
- Advise clients on suitable merchandise solutions aligned with their marketing goals and brand image
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales, production, design, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver on spec and on time
Qualifications and requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple clients and orders simultaneously
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven multitasker
- Coachable and eager to learn and grow new skills
- Energetic self-starter with accountability, urgency, and passion
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Financial acumen for calculating margins and discounts to ensure profitable sales results
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Additional information:
- This is a full-time position that is in office 5 days a week.
- Benefits are available from the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
