CentraCare is hiring a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the Redwood Falls clinic seeing Same Day patients. We are looking to hire an APP who has licensed clinical experience providing patient care as an NP or PA and who is able to see all ages from newborns through advanced age.

Responsibilities
As a provider seeing Same Day patients, you will independently see patients of all ages for acute care needs such as:
- Abdominal pain
- Acute injury evaluation
- Cut requiring stitches
- Fever, dehydration, nausea or vomiting
- Headaches/migraines
- Minor injuries; sprains and strains
- Pediatric illness and injuries
- 1.0 FTE
- Monday through Friday day clinic hours; no evenings or holidays
- Rotation into Saturday morning clinic
Eligibility for the position entails:
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
- 1 years ofpractice experience and a licensed NP or PA
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics
- BLS Certification
Relevant provider (NP or PA) work experience is one of the following areas required:

- Emergency Department
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Walk-In Clinic/Urgent Care
