Our health system has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.
Position Information:
LPG Palliative Care is seeking a physician BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine to join their busy team. Currently, the team consists of 5 physicians and 13 APRNs. This exclusive physician group is team-oriented and quality-focused, and is currently seeking physicians to fill positions for either inpatient or outpatient care. The outpatient clinic is located at the Regional Cancer Center on Colonial Center Drive in Fort Myers. Inpatient care will be provided at the hospital setting with potential SNF opportunities as well. Weekly call rotation is by phone 1:5. Candidates for this position will be interested in doing coordinated care, medication & chronic symptom management, end of life management, and goals of care discussions.
