Position: AP/CP Pathologist at Altru Hospital

  • Seeking a Board certified/eligible dermatopathologist to join our collegial team consisting of Pathologists, Pathologist Assistants, Cytotechnologists and over 40 technical staff
  • Community based hospital practice with robust dermatology clinic
  • Approximately annual work volume of 14,000 surgical cases (greater than 4,000 skin specimens), 1,300 cytology cases, 500 fine needle aspirations and 6,000 Pap smears
  • EPIC EMR, Beaker LIS and Dragon dictation system
  • Brand new hospital with state-of-the-art technology

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatopathology preferred
  • Licensed/Eligible for License MD/DO in ND and MN

  • Space for 226 licensed patient beds
  • A 16-bed observation unit
  • An entire unit capable of being operated at negative pressure
  • 14 ORs (5 general, 1 trauma, 2 heart, 2 c-section, neuro, ortho, hybrid & robotic)
