Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Licensing: MD or DO from an accredited school; full, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Training: Completion of ACGME/AOA-approved residency in pulmonary/critical care (or equivalent)
- Experience: Recent practice to maintain proficiency; strong leadership and academic credentials
- Essential Skills: English proficiency; ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug tests
- Education Debt Reduction (EDRP): Up to $200K over 1–5 years
- Total Compensation: Competitive base pay market pay annual bonus
- Paid Time Off: 50–55 days annually (26 AL, 13 SL, 11 federal holidays, up to 5 CME days)
- Retirement & Insurance: Federal pension (5-year vesting), 401(k) match, federal health/dental/vision/life insurance, long-term care
- CME Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 per year for CME expenses
