Senior ServiceNow Developer
Contract to hire - No visa sponsorship/ third party!
Remote-with once a quarter travel to work for employee week.
Pay Range - $72-80/hr W2
We’re working directly with the client to hire a hands-on expert to own high-impact projects on the ServiceNow platform.
As a Senior Developer on the ServiceNow Platform, you’ll play a key role in transforming the employee and enterprise experience—building intuitive, scalable, and integrated solutions across key modules and business functions.
Must-Have Experience (Core Requirements):
- 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong skills in both frontend (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS) and backend development (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, etc.).
- Proven expertise in:
- ServiceNow UI Framework (including UI Builder).
- HRSD modules: Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, etc.
- Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- CMDB & Service Mapping.
- ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
- Ability to support production issues, deployments, and upgrades.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
- Mobile development within ServiceNow.
- Experience with:
Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards.
Knowledge Management & Catalog Management.
Experience working in a hybrid onshore/offshore model.
