ON SITE POSITION
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: Bachelors in addiction counseling or a related field required. Will consider a Kansas licensed QMHP with preference being a licensed addiction counselor. The following credentials can be considered: LAC, LMAC or LCAC.
- Minimum Experience: Experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a substance use disorder counseling capacity. One (1) year of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management work experience.
CLINICAL WORK
- Provide individual and group counseling to individuals and family members
- Perform assessments face-to-face and by telemedicine
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Communicate regularly with referral sources
- Maintain clinical outcomes within Prairie View standard
- Support coordination of services
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation per Prairie View and licensing standards
- Attend administrative meetings as scheduled
- Work cooperatively with other professional staff
- Participate in clinical supervision as needed
- Participate in staff development and training as required
PRODUCTIVITY
- Maintain productivity as established with supervisor
