Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Remote, Precision Imaging Centers
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to deliver exceptional service and support. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring the accuracy of account and billing information. You’ll act as a liaison between Precision Imaging Centers and our patients, contributing to an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time remote position with our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from patients with account questions or payments.
- Initiate outbound collection calls to patients with past-due balances.
- Accurately input patient information into our customer information system.
- Resolve account-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
We’re looking for a team player with outstanding customer service skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; some college is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a call center, medical office/clinic, or similar setting with outbound/inbound calling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Radiology/healthcare background preferred but not required.
