What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatics Director position at Premier Athletic Club?
Goals:
To provide the most comprehensive and finest program of aquatics activities available in the area.
To help attract new members through the aquatics program.
To create a safe and healthy environment
To attain an acceptable profit level through the overall aquatics operation
Responsibilities:
Director will be responsible for the day to day operation of the two indoor pools, spa and outdoor pools
The director’s duties will include, but not limited to
Overall management of the pool facility
Supervision, training and scheduling of pool facility
Schedule, administer and promote all pool activities, eg children’s swim lesson, private lessons, lifeguard classes and wsi classes
To oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all pools
To submit content for social media related to aquatics department
To promote and publicize the aquatics program to the fullest extent in order to fill all activities and attract new members
To provide budget and manual information upon the manager request
To deal directly with all member problems and or complaints related to the aquatics department
MOD responsibilities
Meetings:
Weekly with pool staff
Weekly with manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
