Job Responsibilities as an Automotive Billing Clerk:
- Break down deals to ensure all bank required documents are filled out according to compliance/funding process.
- Send completed deals to bank for funding.
- Verify funds have been collected; Post funds accordingly.
- Reconcile assigned accounts/schedules.
- Post sales, finance, and detail gross daily.
- Pay toll bills and other miscellaneous bills monthly.
- Maintain weekly driver log.
- Take daily deposits to the bank.
- Remit warranty products at time of funding.
- Post monthly reserve statements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the auto industry preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Dealertrack and dealership accounting/account reconciliation preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualified candidates must stay on top of State/County regulations regarding DMV title processing requirements.
