What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Universal Banker position at Premier Bank?
Description of Universal Banker Position:
Satisfy customer banking needs by completing a variety of transactions which regularly includes account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, change orders and sorting coin, and loan payments in accordance with Premier Banks standards, policies, and procedures. Provide quality service standards in all interactions with both internal and external customers. Actively pursue referral opportunities to address each customer’s financial needs. Assisted with new account role: opening and closing accounts, maintenance requests, and customer service.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Position requires one year of previous bank teller experience, cash handling experience and customer service experience. Experience in opening and closing accounts is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented.
