What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/New Account Respresentative position at Premier Bank?
The New Accounts Representative / Receptionist will be responsible for promoting business for the Bank by delivering a superb customer service experience to our existing clients and to potential clients both in person and by telephone. Individual will be responsible for possessing knowledge of bank products and services.
Qualifications
- Six months of prior bank experience preferred
- Position requires high level of customer service and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
- Candidates must be detail oriented and efficient
Duties include:
- Processing all new account transactions
- Answering and directing incoming calls as well as providing professional service and direction to bank visitors
- Maintaining customer accounts and files
- Assisting clients with bank products and services to include: online banking access, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards
- Referring clients to appropriate staff for inquiries or other services
- Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services
